You agree to pay the program in accordance with the chosen payment option when you sign this contract and purchase the program. There are no refunds. This applies even if you choose not to take advantage of the program and/or support.
If any installment payment is not paid by the due date and remains unpaid even after the first reminder, we reserve the right to accelerate the entire remaining payment plan and transfer it to collections.

Program material or portions thereof may not be copied, resold, or distributed. User accounts are personal and for the use of the purchaser only. If you wish to purchase access for multiple users, please contact us at contact@influentialentrepreneur.net.

Membership Commitment and Renewal:
By joining the membership, you commit to an initial 12-month term. After the 12 months, the membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis. You may cancel the membership at any time after the initial term by sending an email to contact@influentialentrepreneur.net.

Public use of interviews and appearances: You give Taru Media Oy permission to publicly use interviews and appearances about you and your business (newspaper interviews, guest writings, TV appearances, radio interviews, etc.) that have been made during and after our cooperation as an example of possible results and create testimonial content in Finnish or other languages and utilize those in our sales and marketing.

Access to the program materials is strictly limited to the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If additional access for the Client's team members has been explicitly agreed upon, the Client must ensure that team members use the materials solely for internal purposes. In such cases, the Client is responsible for preventing any copying, distribution, modification, or use of the materials to create competing products or services. The Client acknowledges that any unauthorized use or misuse by their team may result in legal liability.
